The mansion is a 2 storey mansion with side terraces, 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room and guest toilet. At the rear of the entrance hall is the secret entrance to the Hive.

1 floor - entry level. Here you'll find labs, the main office area (Watch out for Halon gas!), a coffee area, TV lounge and toilets.
2 floor - Lab level. More lab space (Ideal for locking your scientists inside and drowning them!) plus two storage areas with Umbrella corporation crating. What mutants might lurk inside?
3 floor - Dining level. Main dining room and kitchen. On the map provided by Umbrella authorities are marked extra dining rooms, strange how they turn out to be 2 extra storage rooms with more ominous crates!
4 floor - Resident level. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
5 floor - basement. Pool.
Needs only Basegame and University.

Best used for big family or as a dormitory

Here's one of my requests from Princess859476 from MTS2. She wanted a family home with large backyard and place for the helipad you get in the apartment life expansion. This home hopefully fulfills everything.
Fully furnished with lots of enjoyment for all the family, from the lounge with its comfortable couches, fire place and piano, or the family room with its games console, bookshelves and flatscreen tv. Hot out? Try the pool or the small guest/pool house. Upstairs are of course private rooms, a large parental bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two childrens rooms connecting to a shared bathroom.
The whole lot needs only Basegame. Sits on the 4X5 lot and costs a whopping 228,472 simoleons. But then it is fully furnished, decorated and lit with pool and helipad.

Vannacutt Mansion.
This time a halloweenesque lot for IndigoKarin from MTS2. She asked for the house from the 1999 film "House on Haunted Hill".
Vannacutt mansion was a sanatorium run by the infamous Dr Vannacutt, he was responsible for the torture and sadistic practices on his patients - the insane. One night the patients escaped, set fire to sections of the sanatorium and started killing the staff. Just before he was captured by the patients dr Vannacutt pulled the switch setting the house into 'lockdown', all doors and windows to the outside were sealed trapping all those inside.
The film takes place several years later when funpark owner and millionaire Stephen Price rents Vannacutt Mansion for his wife Evelyn for her birthday. But the guests that arrive are not her guest list nor his, they are infact guests chosen by the house itself. The guests, Stephen and Evelyn are all descendants of the few members of staff that survived.
Stephen has invited his guests to pass the night in the house, if they make it to morning he will give them 1000'000 dollars each. He asks if they wish to stay but before they can answer the house goes into 'lockdown' on its own. There is no choice but try to survive the night in the house on haunted hill.
This version has 6 floors including the basement level where the treatment rooms were and most of the film is shot. There is also the main entrance foyer with its bar, buffet and coffin that held guns. Also included are Evelyns bedroom on the 1st floor, a kitchen, the office where Stephens assistant is killed and of course the attic level from the end of the film.
It uses only: Basegame, Nightlife, Open for Business. However for some reason you need Cleaninstaller to install it. Let me know if there are problems.
