Well as many Internet users out there may already know as of 26th October 2010 the very popular Limewire file sharing and downloading system has been killed by a court injunction.  The system was quickly shutdown.  Along with hundreds of thousands if not millions of people I was a user of Limewire - hell I actually paid for Limewire!  Maybe I should get a court ruling to get my money back?  not sure it works in favour of the little guy just the huge music industry companies who milk music lovers for every penny they possibly can.

How many CD's are out there by artists where the only difference between one cd that came out the year before and the 'new' one is just one song and sometimes the new song is just a remix?  Yes I want to be violated by the music companies!!!! Please!

Bin Laden has issued threats against France!  To withdraw troops and stop the interdiction against the burkha.  Why are so many Muslims over here?  Especially those who wish to remain faithful to their countries of origin with their treatment of women and children?  Stay in your own countries where life is apparantly a paradise!  If not stop the complaining!  Realise you came here for a reason and that the country you have decided to stay in has every right to dictate certain things about your life!  If we go to your countries we follow your clothing regulations, no shorts, no uncovered shoulders for women etc so shut the hell up already and join the 21st century!

Bin Laden?  Some sad old Muslim idiot who thinks he can dictate to the rest of the World?  Wonder how much he follows his own religion?

Hi all

Well as many of you may have seen on various news programmes around the World most of France is on strike! The train company, the petrol trucks, the teachers, the post office and why?  Because the French government want to increase the age of retirement to 67!  Get a grip already, of course for the moment its only 60!  But in the rest of Europe it is at least 65!

But then we are talking about a country where the average store closes at 12noon opens again at 3.30pm or even 4pm!  They then close again at 6.30pm or 7pm.  Sunday opening does not exist and late night opening does not exist!  Shops open at 10am so its not as if shop workers are killing themselves.

Marseilles is being buried under tonnes of rubbish, shop workers in Lyon are scared to go to work due to the riots and looters!  Welcome to France!!!!

National pastime?  Striking!
National Sport?  Drinking and smoking

Need we remember the idiocy of the French football team at this years World Cup?

My advice to anyone out there reading this, if you're planning on visiting France in the near future stay at home!

11th October 2010.  Television and the World in General.

Watching TV tonight I've learnt some things, that politicians everywhere have no idea of what happens in the real World and that apparantly Thailand has alot of sex starved visitors who don't have the intelligence required to use a condom.

First programme on the system of unemployment in France, Pole Emplo with its structure designed to be easier for those seeking work and a personalised aide at the office.  What a pile of crud!  As was proven in the programme the system of Pole Emploi does not work, its a bunch of people sitting behind desks who have absolutely no idea who you are, one of them is supposedly your personal aide who knows your dossier!  My closest office used by teh employment service is in fact 5 minutes walk away from my apartment, unfortunately everytime they ask me to come to the office they demand that  I visit a town 35 minutes drive away.  The main problem with this?  I don't drive - its mentioned in my dossier yet still my personal aide asks me to come there and not the office 5 minutes walk away.  I ask about this everythime I go to the other office, I get told 'Next visit we'll do there its not a problem.  Just explain when we send the letter'  so my next appointment comes by letter I telephone to be told I have no choice other than to go to the main office.  So in theorey no one listens to my personal aide or she just doesn't give a damn.

A bus ride to the town concerned costs 6 euros each way, 12 euros in total.  After I get to the town its then a good twenty minute walk to the employment office.  How long do I spend in the office?  35 minutes waiting, then between 10 and 15 minutes actually seeing my aide, she asks what i've done to find work, types it into her computer and sends me away.  I've spent 12 euros which is not reimbursed, plus walked for over 40 minutes for 10 minutes we could have done over the telephone.  useful huh?

Then there was the job offer they sent me by post.  Working in a restaurant kitchen (not useful as I have no experience in a restaurant kitchen and can barely boil an egg) on the paper marked in capitals is that the applicant must have a current driving licence and their own form of transport.  Ok so my personal aide has forgotten I don't drive, suddenly gone blind or has the brain of a damn goldfish.

Most businesses who contact the Pole Emploi unless they are a large company and need new personnel nearly every month wait weeks for a response of candidates.  If they use a temping agency then they receive a response almost the next day!  At the end of the program was a politician trying badly to cover up all the problems of the Pole Emploi and provoking no doubt from any unemployed people watching the urge to smack him in the head until he learns some common sense or actually needs to use the service himself and discovers it is as useless as proven in the program.

The next emission was on Thailand, like many other Countries where the living wage is ridiculously low prostitution is high.  So is the problem of AIDS, this because the customers of the prostitutes don't have the common sense in the 21century to use a frikkin condom!  They'd rather take their pleasure, (no doubt lasting only a short while before reaching orgasm!) and take the risk of catching an STD, maybe AIDS then heading back to their families and home countries where they then pass the disease onto girlfriends, lovers, wives etc.  Such a lovely bunch of people.

You can't blame the prostitutes for this, its how they live, the only way they can provide for their families.  But the tourists who go there for cheap sex are to blame!  A condom is essential!  If you don't care about others you might infect think about your own health! My suggestion is for them before they go to the prostitutes is to pay a visit to the AIDS museum in Thailand, see what it does to people, see the dead bodies on display, there for the most part due to prostitution.  Then go and visit a prostitute, you might just, just use that scrap of intelligence you have to put a condom on!
